Terms of Service (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Facera AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.

2. License Grant

Facera AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

3. Subscription & Payments

Facera AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("Facera Pro") which are billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the current subscription rate.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store or Play Store after purchase.
Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the App
Use any automated tool, bot, or scraper to access or interact with the App
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App
Use the App to harm, harass, stalk, or intimidate any person

5. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Facera AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze facial features for self-improvement guidance only. AI analysis results:

Are based on mathematical patterns and are not medical, psychological, or diagnostic assessments
May vary significantly based on lighting, camera quality, and user positioning
Do not constitute professional advice of any kind
Should not be used as the sole basis for any health or cosmetic decision

We do not guarantee the accuracy or medical validity of any score or insight provided by the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Facera AI and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in your location.
